Sequels Can there be an X4 w/o the brotherhood?

I wouldn't mind seeing another bad guy in a x-men movie, but you would have to get rid of Magneto, Pyro, Mystique, and the rest.

In the comics there are tons of nemesis' to choose from(Sinister, Apocalypse, Proteus, Inner Circle, and lots more.

Is Fox and Marvel capable of setting aside the brotherhood members for 1 x-men?

I honestly think that every movie with "X-Men" in the title will feature Magneto. He is such a core part of the franchise now.

I disagree. They could do the Age of Apocalypse while using Magneto, Sinister, and introduce more x-men. It would be a huge undertaking, but it would be worth it IMO.

0 percent chance AoA gets made into a movie

and Apacolypse story line however is not out of the question

as for the person who said there will never be an Xmen movie without Magneto, you are correct, but specifically he as a bad guy and leader of the brotherhood that doesn't nessecarly have to be in every movie, there technically is no brother hood in X2 and he is only a bad guy for like 5 minutes of the movie

If Magneto is in the movie then Mystique has to be in it, i think of her as like his right hand woman, the sidekick that always sticks by him no matter how many others fall.

I agree. I would like to see The Brotherhood, but have them not be the main focus of villains in the movie.

I would love to see an apocalypse movie. They should also introduce the 4 hoursemen. It would be interesting if they used the xmen legends storyline where the brotherhood and xmen work together to take apocalypse down. I think that would interesting.

how much i have in common with you by way of the films is bizarre-i hated Callisto being there bring back Quicksilver-his connection to Magneto would create a ton of interest. an on the original note i would say no-the brotherhood isn't a large point but as long as Magneto is there so will the brotherhood i like TG1096's idea of using them as a way to introduce more xmen in (or other mutants for that matter) though i have to say Iceberg 325 that'd probably be my favourite movie ever if they did that!

i agree. apocalypse to me makes the most sense with an approach similar to legends 2, although with some heavy changes. for instance x4 would need way more of a story, i like the concept of the game, but it was basically just a parade of a million characters with little or no explaination. the story would bring back the brotherhood (or what's left of them, basically juggernaut, multiple man, magneto and mystique since the cure isn't permanent) and as in X2 they would have to reluctantly team up with the x-men. the horsemen should make an appearence also, and two of them should be archangel and sinister. and how about apocalypse capturing multiple man to create his infinites?

It all sounds good but I highly doubt it will ever happen. Too much $$ would be involved.

I'm content with no more Magneto, unless we see him back with the sole reason of getting vengeance on Wolverine by ripping out his adamantium- but you can save that as a climax to the "Wolverine" spinoff.

For future x-films, I'm content with no Brotherhood, but as I've said tons of times I would love to see a super-angry, super-violent Pyro with his own group of mutants that like him are just so angry with humans. Pyro's arc as the alienated victim of society needs to be played out and given some very tragic closure.

Brotherhood doesn't need to be there.
Just one mutant needs to be: Apocalypse.

Mister Sinister would be great to see also.

I'd love to see Magneto fight along side the X-Men.

I could definitely see Magneto as heading up Xaviers school once his powers come back. I can just see a kickass Danger Room session with him training some of the newer mutants like Siryn and Jubilee along with Iceman and the others.

I would really like Apocalypse and Sinister in a movie, but for the full story to be properly done, they would need more then one film.

Apocalypse and Sinister would be too much for one movie. Maybe Dinister in X4 and Apocalypse in X5.
