Cancelled shows of Tomorrow: The War on Chuck Lorre - Part 9

Do you remember the medical show ER? It ran 15 seasons and was famous for cast changes.
It started with George Clooney and Noah Wyle, and ended with Uncle Jesse. :o

Is it bad that when I first read this I said to myself "What's she talking about...Denver Pyle wasn't in ER."

A cookie to whoever gets it.

Didn't Willie Nelson play the role in the movie?

It's funny, I never really watched ER but I had assumed that at least Noah Wyle and Julianna Margulies from the original cast stayed with the show for its entire run. Wyle at least was in most of it.

Maura Tierney is another name that I remember from the show... People hated her character. :hehe:

I took a look at IMDB, Margulies left at the end of the sixth season, and Wyle appeared in more episodes than anyone else but still missed 2 and a half seasons at the end of the series run.

Disappointing... It was quite a fun show.

Unsurprisingly, Grey's Anatomy was renewed for its 500th season.

Nah, it's running on nuclear power. It's still got 10,000 years in it.

NBC went on a streak killing off:
Suits: LA
Night Court
Found
The Irrational
Lopez vs. Lopez

The only one I remotely care about was Night Court and I can understand why, it was a fond nostalgia bit but it never managed to either recapture the magic of the original or find its way on its own to become something different.

George Lopez couldn't be happy with the Blue Beetle and Sharkboy and Lavagirl money. :o
