Networks and movie studios need to stop rehashing the same old stories. I'm not saying they shouldn't adapt or remake stuff but for f*** sake, adapt something else for a change and give The Wizard of Oz and King Arthur and Robin Hood a rest.
public domain recognizable properties are always going to get adapted like crazy by networks because they have name recognition.
Sherlock Holmes and Dracula also get adapted a lot.

Me too. It was delivering good ratings for a show on Friday night and would seem to be a perfect fit in today's political climate. About the only reason I could see it being cancelled is that Tim Allen doesn't come cheap and with it getting up there in age, it's becoming an expensive show.I''m surprised LMS got cancelled, never watched it but I saw their ratings and they were very good for this day and age.
6 years is a good run
Im still mad at NBC for killing 'Life' all those years ago
First Time After Time, now Timeless...time travel shows seem to be dropping like flies, so I'm keeping my fingers crossed for Making History.
The word is that Making History isn't getting renewed either.
Doctor Who us the unkillable Time Travel show. Who got cancelled and came back bigger than it was before!
Canadian Time Travel show Travelers got renewed.
Fox seems to have made decisions on most of their shows already. I'm getting nervous that we haven't heard anything about Brooklyn Nine-Nine yet.
