It is true, from the small amount of footage and pics we've seen of Bale in the BB suit in TDK, he still looks the same size, nothing has changed one bit.

Doesn't mean they didn't build a smaller, more fitting Begins suit for him to wear in TDK, or put some sort of padding inside the sleeves and chest so it looks less empty. But it's true he looks the same on the pics.

he aint a stick in a suit.....maybe they needed to fake a bit.....but we wont see it in the movie ...he looks the same and that is the most importand thing....and if we get a scene where he aint wearing a shirt...we also will see that he hasnt lost too much weight that it could seem to different from BB

When he crashes Scarecrow's car and in the 3rd trailer, you can see him in BB suit when he enters the tumbler.

HUMANIMAL, if you were replying to my message in particular, I didn't say Bale was a stick, just that the fact he looks the same size in the Begins suit does not mean he is the size he was in BB so they clearly cheated a bit with that, either by having a smaller Begins suit or by stuffing it up with padding.

A lot of us have been through this debate a lot of times already, but it is very clear Bale is smaller, and saying the opposite or that the difference is barely noticeable is not gonna change that.

this kinda proves that the cowl looks good from the right angle.

i'm sure, like BB, that some angles will make the cowl look very big. I still Don't understand why.

In the trailers, the footage of Bats crashing onto the van (old suit). The leaked pictures that came out last winter there about 3 of him in the old suit.

well i think it wont be so remarkable...the thing for me is id dosent matter if he is smaller ...but rather if the audience will note that...

a cohesive suit...Not many pieces

I think the GI Joe suits integrated the armor plates better....Less jarring to look at.

IMO, I like the Batman suit to look simple. Black, outlining his body but not to much, and with no extra seams in the suit. More like Batman '89.

I have a strong feeling the mask on the Empire cover was probably quickly put on. They probably didn't realize how bad the nose looked at the time, because they were probably in a rush. Plus, we shouldn't his look from some promo pictures. I'm reserving my judgement til July 18.

I agree that this photo makes the suit look almost the best its looked so far in the pics released. This makes me lean more towards really diggin it, rather than just thinking its mediocre. Reserving Judgement is what Ive been saying all along.

It's the best thing to do. The naysayers just make the movie look bad with all they're saying, without the movie being out yet. And if it's not about the suit, it's about Bale. Constantly saying he can't fill out the suit, and that he's a a terrible actor, just because he says "I'm Batman" with a gruff voice. I mean, are they even anticipating the film?

HELL YES. I just hope he says it in this movie. But that it would make sense in the scene he's saying it.
