Captain America casting...not just the title role

I hear so much back and forth about who should be cast in the title role but what about the other roles?

I'm not the greatest at casting, but sometimes I get lucky and think of something good...today hasn't been one of those days though...and I wanted to know, what characters you all would cast in the following roles (keep in mind all these characters wouldn't necessarily be in the first movie...but in general...humor me.)

Now we get Norton, so you never know.

This might sound weird, but I like Tom Sizemore for Crossbones, but after his drug bust hi career might be down the potty. Zemo? It doesn't really matter since the hood is attached to his face. Get one of those artsy-fartsy theatre people that do performances with the body only, not relying on their voice or facial expressions. I don't know who would be good for Sin. Maybe I suck at casting chicks, because I couldn't come up with a Sharon either.
