NATM was a comic book movie? Who knew? :o

Anyone know how the large pic of Evans was done? Was it Photoshop smoothing out the image with some kind of smart blur? But then how are the strands of hair on his head and beard seen so clearly unless they went over it in graphic pen? Or was that some other filter? And how was the Snowpiercer one made to look more comic like? Which filter is that?

haha....that last pic of Mackie shoving food into his face made me LOL XD

He is an actor, he plays pretend, he is no Johnny Storm or Steve Rogers in real life, he proved he can be believable in both roles just as he was in Snowpiercer, Sunshine, The Iceman... I recommend the Losers too, is a funny film and again he shows great comedic timing, this time in a quirky character rather a playboy like Johnny Storm.

...what. I didn't say he was Johnny or Steve in real life. I'm saying that when I look at Steve, I see the character first. I don't see Cap as "oh that guy Chris Evans plays" but as Cap. When I look at Johnny, I see Chris Evans playing the character. Steve made an impression on me far before Johnny did. Of course I know Chris Evans is an actor :whatever:

[YT]ux7AZrYUiuo[/YT]It looks like Mackie and Evans are mocking those fan "shippers".

[YT]-0T1lzf1d4k[/YT]:woot: Evans seemed jealous at the way Mackie fangirled all over Chris Pine towards the end.

silly silly boys :funny:

Evans and Mackie have such great chemistry together off-screen that it's not that hard to buy that they could be friends on-screen as CA and Falcon. Hiring Mackie was a stroke of genius by Marvel.

Chris and Anthony are so funny, such big dorks:woot:

a variety of posts here:

Gail Simone talking about Evans

@GailSimone
@mightybattlecat @ChrisEvans Chris is the entire reason I want to write Captain America.
:ilv:

Chris comment about the CW plot and people's relationship (no spoilers):

“You have more struggles with the people you love, you care about. You can’t leave them. You have to make this work. If it’s someone you could easily cut out of your life, it’s no problem…
When you have a family dynamic of people that, you may not get along with, but you can’t just cut them out of your life, that’s what makes the stakes so high.”
— Chris Evans talking about Civil War at D23

at the actual presentation:

@AgentM
Mackie says he came direct from Germany. Oh, and he didn't come alone. @ChrisEvans is here. PLACE GOING NUTS. #D23Expo

@AgentM 15 ago. Ver traducción
Even some press people were giving @ChrisEvans a standing ovation. #D23Expo

maybe spoiler, from the trailer shown at D23, but mostly posting it for the comment

“There’s this great moment where Bucky shows that he knows him, that he remembers Cap, and he looks at him, and he says, ‘Your mother’s name is Sarah, you used to wear newspapers in your shoes.’ But there’s a look that Cap gives Bucky, and it’s both wonderful and heartbreaking… Evans is a gr-… like super amazing actor moment where Evans says so much without saying a word. It’s really, really beautiful.”

@AnthonyMackie

Chris has been one of my faves but now he's on top of the list! I love this guy!! :) Maybe I'll ask Hayley Atwell about him...I'm going to the fan expo in a few weeks in Toronto. I can't wait to meet Agent Carter.

Anyone ever find out what thing Evans was holding a while back was. It was blue with a white tube on it. Kinda looked like a low budget thor hammer.
