The one on his upper chest/collarbone? Doing some googling, it appears to be a quote by Eckhart Tolle

"When you lose touch with inner stillness, you lose touch with yourself. When you lose touch with yourself, you lose yourself in the world."

I can see how a quote about inner stillness may appeal to someone who has acknowledged to having struggled with anxiety... but maybe that's just me.

What type of tattoo would you approve of then?

Personally I find the arm/shoulder sleeve over done plus all that you mentioned and I hate tramp stamps and small insignificant ones too.

In many instances hair is everything. Whatever he has going on up top in that picture is good stuff. His regular self ain't shabby either.

Personally I find the arm/shoulder sleeve over done plus all that you mentioned and I hate tramp stamps and small insignificant ones too.

personally I like anything executed in an original way, so even a twist on some of those things I mentioned are okay if done in a clever fashion
but if someone walks in a tattoo parlor with no idea what they want, looks at the wall, and says "I want that", or if they look at some buzzfeed article and pick one out, then they should definitely not be getting a tattoo

and hey, I got (half)sleeves, screw you man!!
lol jk, they are at least very different style to what you'd usually see, and they're not going to be full solid sleeves, they'll be winding around contouring to my anatomy

Evans has about 6 tattoos, they're either related to family, his dead friend or that very personal to him quote on his clavicle (which is unbelievably sexy). They're primarily not about the art but connection. Which makes sense because Evans body is it's own art.

Logistically, he also doesn't have any tattoos (now that he's removing one) that you can see if he's wearing a plain t-shirt because that can mean hours extra in the make-up chair which I gather he'd rather reserve for these (increasing rare darnit) times he goes topless.

Last I heard the script was still a mess and one of the reasons Pratt turned it down. I'd think if Evans was going to make another large action film outside of Marvel during his rare time between Marvel films he'd want it to be a very solid script with a good established director who knows how to make big budget action films like Liman, Lin or De Toro.

lol at the likes of Adam Levine and David Beckham all tatted up, they kinda make having full sleeved tatts less "prestigious" for a lack of a better term.

There's plenty of time for the script to be polished and I prefer McQuarrie or Liman to direct it. Evans is made to play Drake and with only Tom Cruise reigning supreme as the current male action star I'd like to see Evans step up to the title.
