My goodness, Evans looks JACKED in this shot. I don't remember his arms being that big since TFA.

It probably helps that they had Evans actually pulling against something/gave him something that was really giving him resistance, instead of him having to just pretend. That way, we actually get to see his muscles straining.

Okay, part of me has to wonder, is that log real? Also, I would love to see a behind the scenes on Civil War. See what they're making him pull on to get that muscle bulge look.

What amazes me about Evan's physique is his proportions. His torso is so lean, yet his arms and shoulders are so big. Most people with arms that big have large chests too, which IMO isn't as aesthetic.

It depends on the workout. It looks like he did a lot of arms and shoulder weights. But his legs are disproportionately skinnier than his upper body so he hardly did any leg weights.

He has a very narrow waist and lean hips so he'd look a bit ridiculous with bulging thighs and calves. His legs are muscled though more fitting for a runner/dancer which he is. While he's more muscled on top he does not have that bulky or muscled bound look men often get to the extent where they no longer look or are flexible.

It looks like an altered or prop log they they made to break apart but not easily so you can see the tension in the muscles. The Russos said they had him straining against a crane for the helicopter shot.

Yeah his dimensions reminds me of Mr Incredible's, he should do more leg weights, but it doesn't matter when he's in the CW Cap suit which has padding around the legs.

Yeah...a crazy fan hacked into his account and unfollowed 95% of his followers, made him follow the hacker's original account, changed his user pic and name, and retweeted a random blog site with a post dissing his fans and female costars that was written by the hacker pretending to be Chris.

Meanwhile he's on vacation at Disney World taking pics with fans...this is really gonna spoil his vacation , hope his managers and Twitter fix it fast.
