On slashfilm, there is a rumor that in the Incredible Hulk, Captain America himself will make an appearance. They claimed test audiences did not spot him, but it could be after the credits and not intentionally put in to hide the secret, like how Nick Fury was not spotted until the official release and not at test screenings.
