Cast and Crew: So far!

She yummy.......bad taste in men but yummy none the less,i have no issues with her being on my screen

Man you can tell this place is dead when this news actually got put in the correct thread and didn't get one of it's own:csad:

I hope her role is more meaningful than Johnny's last love interest.

she's in there for the same reason that that other ET/MTV correspondent chick was in the first one. She's pretty, and well known to a certain audience and has the right connectionst to get the movie just that much more promoted with the MTV/high school crowd. I thnk its smart.

I don't really care. She is barely gonna be there anyway.
Yeah i know thats what i said. So i don't understand people complaining about it.

Meh. Somehow I'm pretty nonplussed about this news. She obviously won't be a major player, so I'm confused as to how some can say she's upped the film's potential "suck factor".

Come on this isn't like you guys. Shouldn't you be talking about her hairstyle for this film?

Yeah i know she'll probably only be in the film for all of 5 minutes or less.

5 minutes? That's too much. The film is probably going to be all of 90 minutes long, so let's make that 30 seconds.

vanessa minnillo has a role in FF4! man this movie gets crappier with every new update. not like i had any hopes though seeing as the 1st movie was $hit.

I think thats the funniest thing I read all day:woot:

I really don't like it either but...she's just a love interest...no real major character role...its just one of those things that gets "the kids" to want to watch it.

It's post like these that give the so-called negative crowd a bad name.

There you go assuming things. And you know what happens when you assume? You become what the first three letters of assume are.:woot:

you forgot the "u" and the "me". :cwink:

To assume makes an "ass" out of "u" and "me".

Your JMA's boyfriend aren't you? Cause she's a teacher and you said your from texas as she is also.
Is there a reason why personal questions are being asked on the board? How about we get back to the discussion of the Cast and Crew: So Far!

Okay okay. point taken.

The only reason i'm cheering for Minnillo is because she's hot.:D

You have to put some question marks though behind casting entertainment reporters -even if they're hot- in major supporting roles. Not many other comic book franchises would have done this and gotten away with it.

UPDATE
Finally the question about the editor and effects supervisor has been answered. According to imdb Oscar nominated editor Michael McCusker (Walk the Line) and Oscar nominated visual effects supervisor Scott Squires are working on FF2.

Credits: http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0567331/
http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0820140/

They are replacing editor William Hoy and effects supervisor Kurt Williams who worked on FF1.

nice!!!

the editor guy loved his editing on walk the line.

vfx supervisor. I thought van helsing was great kick ass loking movie but unfortunately it looked fake. Other movies look fine but they are not what i was expecting.

There is a god!!!!!!!!

Finally we have some news about the editor for FF2. IMDB.com are saying that Michael McCusker will be editing the film, which should be a good sign as he was actually nominated for an Oscar. He didn't win, but just being nominated is a plus. Lets hope he does a better job than William Hoy did on the first movie, I know a lot of people really disliked his editing.

This is just more proof that they are changing things for the better, they obviously listened to us all moaning about Hoy.

THANKS TO MATT AT http://www.f4movies.com/

I know of one particular fan that will be EXTREMELY HAPPY with this news. Can't wait to tell her. :yay:
