I know, but to me, shes perfect. Plus she doesnt look old. Though I doubt it would ever happen.

Didnt realize he's that short,that sucks, but I mean, Marsden wasnt that tall either. I just tihnk he's a better fit for Cyclops. Buty I guess I'll keep Marsden.

Marsden was 6'0. That's not a great height for Cyclops, but it's decent and passable.

Though it was strange seeing Wolverine taller than him in some shots.

Yeah it was, but there are only so many short acotrs that looks like Wolvie out there ya know. I guess Ill keep Marsden.

This is my partial X-men Reboot cast thus far.

It will have basis in the animated series and involve the Sentinels.

Cast:

Frank Langella as Magneto (6'3) - His heavily Oscar-buzzed Frost Nixon performance convinced me he has the range to pull this off well.

Jonathan Rhys Meyers as Gambit (5'10) - Would be different enough than Taylor Kitsch's Gambit; he would really bring out the best aspects of the character in his performance.

Sam Worthington as Wolverine (5'10)

Timothy Dalton as Professor X

Anson Mount as Cyclops (6'1) - Recently appeared on Fox's Dollhouse; has the right height and look and voice.

Jim Sturgess as Nightcrawler (5'11)

Owain Yeoman as Beast (6'4) - From The Mentalist, Kitchen Confidental and Fox's Terminator series.

How can she be perfect at 55? If the movie was based on "Days Of Future Past" (which would be awesome) I can see it. Otherwise, nay.

I never thought Iman was that bad really. And again, I never said this was for X4.

Angela is a great actress, but i dont think she could habve the presence of my Storm pick, Gina Torres. She stands at 5'10 i think and if youve ever seen her on Firefly/Serenity she has a commanding presence while still being second in command. Angela could act her way into deluding you into believing shesas tall and sortof Amazonian as Storm i guess, but i think it would be better for Gina because she has a very strong sci-fi background.

Angela Basset is only 5'4. That's the problem.

Gina Torres would have worked, but the biggest problem with her is she's too old for the role now (born in 1969); shes 40 now; too old for a reboot in a few years at least.

Her ideal time to be cast was for the original trilogy.
