Tim Daly as the Golden Age Jay Garrick Flash. In the 80s & early 90s Daly might have been a good choice for Hal Jordan, but he's 54 now so he obviously wouldn't work as Hal, but he could possibly work as Jay.

Assuming of course you can divorce yourself from the fact that he voiced Superman.
