Casting the flash's Rogues

Everyone has their own ideas to cast as the different flashes, I, myself am gunning for Ryan Gosling as Wally West. But I've been thinking since Flash is mostly known for his villains how would you cast as some of the rogues, ideas? Post Them.

Michael Rosenbaum is my number 1 with Ryan Reynolds at Wolverine.

Michael Rosenbaum is my number 1 with Ryan Reynolds at Wolverine.

Both of them are good actors. It would be cool to see Rosenbaum come from behind the mic and breath life into the character that he so wonderfully voiced, but I doubt WB would allow him to do it. He is viewed as young Lex.
