Here are the Character Bios. I wrote them using Wikipedia's page about T:ROF as base:
Autobots:
Optimus Prime - The Leader of the Autobots. Transforms into a Peterbilt truck with red flame decals. He's upgraded with a second sword, and faces a double thread: The return of his nemesis, Megatron, and the awakening of the invencible Fallen.
Bumblebee - The Autobot's spy and Sam Witwicky's guardian. Transforms into a yellow Ford Camaro. Bumblebee's voice box is still not completelly fixed, so, he still uses soundbits to express his emotions. He's abandoned by Sam, who can't take him to college, and is forced to leave the Witwicky's house after accidently destroying the garage. He becomes a more serious character because of that.
Ratchet - The Autobot's medical officer. Transforms into a search and rescue Hummer H2.
Ironhide - The Autobot's weapon especialist. Transforms into a GMC Topkick.
Arcee - A female Autobot. Transforms into a pink motorcycle.
Chromia - A female Autobot and Ironhide's girlfriend. Transforms into a purple motorcycle.
Bot - A female Autobot. Transforms into a red motorcycle.
Sideswipe - A new Autobot. Transforms into a Corvette Stingray concept.
Jolt - A new Autobot. Transforms into a Chevrolet Volt.
Jetfire - An ex-Decepticon who became an Autobot. Jetfire is old, grumpy and walks on a cane. He's running out of Energon, and, because of that, malfunctions. He can combine with Optimus. Transforms SR-71 Blackbird.
Wheelie - An small radio-controlled Decepticon monster truck who becomes an Autobot because he's too scared of his colleagues.
Skids and Mudflaps - The Twins. Skids is more "serious", and believe he's the brain of the group, while Mudflaps is more excited and agitated. But they're both hyperactive. They can combine to form a bigger Bot. Initially, they transform in an Ice Cream truck, and, later, Skids transforms into Chevrolet Beat and Mudflaps transforms into a Chevrolet Trax.
