Maybe that nothing is confirmed, nor has any other pieces of evidence other than they are looking into it.

Though AM15 is partially right also that it is hope.

that's sort of my point. isn't having faith in his innocence the same as being certain of his guilt? like you said, nothing has been confirmed so it seems premature to decide either way since we having nothing to base an opinion on.

Exactly. I am not saying he did, and I am not saying he didn't. When the reults come in, they are what they are.

I hope for the best not out of thinking he is guilty, but out of not wanting to see the man's name horrbily tainted.

The media manipulates everyone into immediately believing guilt. My mom constantly watches court TV, and she is a lot like that now.

It rather sickens me that everyone seems to be believed guilty from the get-go now.
