When I told my wife Nolans next film is The Odyssey, she looked genuinely surprised and excited, which is rare for her. This is gonna be a huge experience for us both. We are gonna witness scale from Nolan that we somehow haven't yet.

The TV version from the 90s with ahmed asante is pretty good for those that haven't seen it.

I really hope the God's are done correctly. Bigger than life and all powerful. Able to appear and disappear in a flash.

For instance, a God appears to odysseus in it's normal form, but he or she is hundreds of feet tall, and they have to shrink down to human size in order to communicate and to not terrify the humans.

I think when a God does appear, nature should announce it, ie, Lighting, wind, huge waves, blinding flash of light, etc, but it would depend on which God appears on the what.
