Fantasy Christopher Nolan's The Odyssey

With it apparently now playing with Superman on Imax, I can’t see them releasing it until at least Monday.

Saw the trailer in IMAX. :woo: Though with the lights still on. :argh:

saw the teaser before Superman on my IMAX showing...

it doesnt tell much besides a scene and monologue by Tom Holland and Jon Benthal...and a brief scene with Matt Damon that ends with him laying on what looked like a ship debris at ocean

Is this the closest to official confirmation that Hathaway is playing Penelope?

... How was your experience working on The Odyssey?

It was amazing. The job of a lifetime, without a doubt. The best experience I've had on the film set. Incredible. It was exciting. It was different. And I think the movie is going to be unlike anything we've ever seen.

Working with Chris, getting to know him and Emma [Thomas] was absolutely fantastic. I've never seen someone that can work the way that they do, and there is a reason why they're the best in the business for sure. To get a front row seat to that and to be a part of the process and to collaborate with a true master of his craft and learn from him was the best experience I've ever had.

Matt Damon has always been a hero of mine, Anne Hathaway has always been a hero of mine. So to share scenes with them, to learn from them, to become friends with them, I couldn't have asked for a better job. And I’m so proud of the work I’ve done. I came to work every day with a real sense of purpose and a point to prove, and I’m so grateful for Chris to have given me that opportunity.

That is pretty wild. It's extremely unlikely that this gets delayed but with a year out anything could still happen.

The pants with the skirt and boots are really throwing me off.

And the reviews arent even in.
Nolan knows People go anyway, even if it has 40% on rottentomatoes.

I'm not sure the teaser is getting released online. Tenet had a theaters-only teaser.

But come December, we'll feast. It is the way of things.

How does he know that though? None of his movies has ever fallen under 70%. Maybe that's exactly a reason why people go to his films.

Also...maybe with tickets on sale a year in advance I may actually be able to nab some for Lincoln Square opening night. It's like buying concert tickets there. I tried and failed to get anything there for the Interstellar re-release.

Now, finding friends willing to commit a year in advance though...
