civil war: whose side are you on?

im sure you guys are already aware of marvel's biggest event for this year, the civil war

so, whose side youre on?
i would have to back with iron man
i think hes doing the right thing
legalization of superheroes, especially considering those superpowered individuals because they pose a threat to national security, especially to us normal people

well actually, not ONLY basically covering heroes, but also to ALL superhumans/mutants
this way, they can be easily monitored, or if theyre possible terrorist we can easily track them
training with young superhumans is also good, this way they would learn how they can effectively harness their talent carefully, giving them discipline
the same method charles xavier employs to educate young mutants

i also understand why peter parker took the side of the government
i mean "with great power comes great responsibility" thing in his mind
i would also not argue if i see frank castle back up with the government
afterall, hes first and foremost a soldier, a service to the nations good cause

cant wait to see him in the upcoming war journal
hunting down happy go lucky villains

if theyre one thing i disagree with the SHRA (superhuman registration act) then ONLY the revelation of their identities, otherwise im all good for it

wrong forum, but I'll answer anyway. I'm backing the Punisher in everything he is going to do, but if this was a real life situation, I would back Captain America and his team more that Iron Man's. These people put there lives on the line for something they don't have to do, but feel the need to risk their necks to go out and save people and the world. They jeopardize there family's safety by revealing their identities to the goverment and the world. They should be a part of the SHIELD training prgoram, but should be allowed to either divulge their identity or keep it secret.

again, im all for secret identity thingy
they too need to protect themselves and their family
but people without proper education and training on how to utilize their powers/skills are accountable for all their actions
whether its intended or accident, they should all be liable

most importantly, im with frank on whatever he does in civil war

If it were really happening, I'd be fine if the identities of the heroes were kept classified under SHIELD Security, but revealing to the public? Heck no.
