During Hudlin's run, Storm and Black Panther have pretty much defeated anyone they've faced: Dr. Doom, Iron Man, SHIELD strike forces... And not only physically but mentally (morally) as well. The way Hudlin sees it, Clor is an Aryan god-clone who killed (Black) Goliath. So yes, Clor is going down, and afterwards Tony et al. are going to get a moral lecture of their evil ways.

Now that she's married to Black Panther, did she help them when they where getting there ass kicked by various villians in Astonishing, Uncanny, or Adjectiveless? No she didn't

Ordinarily perhaps but when the opponent is a murderer there is a differance in perspective. The X-Men like the anti-regs would see Clor as a murderer despite what the law may say officially.

I think some of the pro regs see Clor as a murderer, like Hank Pym and I think even Tony Stark sees him that way. I don't know how any of them can see him as anything but, since they weren't suppossed to kill anyone... of their friends.

Well I think we all want Clor to loose, but he would definately win and it looks like he might be winning in the pages shown too. She throws a truck at him and he shrugs it off.
But I think he wont live past the Civil War, since the real Thor returns with his own series. Unless Clor is a re occurring character who must come to terms with his cloneness.

I'd like to see him, and many other characters like Iron Man, get their butts kicked.

But I think he wont live past the Civil War, since the real Thor returns with his own series. Unless Clor is a re occurring character who must come to terms with his cloneness.

The only way I can honestly see Clor as a reoccurring character is as a villain, since as you said Thor is coming back. Now if they blew away half of his face like the cyborg Superman, but still looked like Thor and became a villain in the MU I'd actually like it. An evil looking Thor losing any moral compass and honor just tear assing around Marvel.

CLOR doesn't really seem to have the normal brain functions of a human being, he seems more like a programed robot with no "spark" of live. So I doubt he'll be a reaccuring character that has to come to grips with his clone nature, unless his cybernetic implants get fried somehow... who's to say what he truely is. Because you could easilly explain his nature with pseudo comic science in just about any direction a writter wanted to take him (being just a machine, or having a mind that's subdued by the cybernetics.

Now I hope they don't kill him off. Thats a classic bad guy, I think all heroes should have an evil clone.

He would sort of be like Batman's Hush villian or the cyborg Superman.

Now, this isn't the best because its late and I didn't take time on it. They could do something like this, but make it much better.

Well the positive side is Clor's a throw away character anyway.

Many of us felt the reason they delayed CW for so long before that issue came out is because fans reacted very bad to the thought of Thor coming back pro and killing a hero.

If that's true, then Clor really was just a last minute addition anyway. Let him job away or end up getting killed, just as long as they establish the real Thor is more powerful than him before they do it.

Clor is cloned from an asguardian, meaning he has the same physical attributes that they all have: strength, speed, endurance, durability, invulnerability. then add to that the attributes of Thor: the fact that he controls lightening means he won't be harmed by it. now yes he does have some mechanical parts in him, but I'd imagine Reed Richards protected that stuff fairly well, especially since he had Tony Stark and Hank Pym looking over his shoulder and adding their two cents.

We already know that the clone is not on par with the original. even if he has Asgardian attributes it doesn't make him invulnerable to lightning nor that much resistance to it. All Storm has to do is decrease the temperature making the conductors into superconductors and give him a massive lightning strike as he channels his own lightning: instant overload. And that's just one scenario.

Like someone said before, BP and crew are more formidable in their own book than they are in any other comic. She has BP in her corner to give her advice as well as tag in if needed. What's to say that Ororo won't suddenly sprout Vibranium armor like BP has been doing? The only way I can see Clor giving Storm a beating in this book is if they're going to use it as further motivation for BP to back the rebels and step up the anti-registration movement outside the US.

You got the idea . Went ahead and did one myself, I used some bits from the actual Superman Cyborg tho, I wanted to make the eye red but it wouldn't work.

Wolverine has murdered far more people than Clor, yes it might have been because he was controlled by other sources, Clor is basically a brainless Thor, and I'm sure Tony, Reed, and Hank have fixed the problem of him not listening.

How many murders have happened to the New X-Men? 20, 30, 40, did Storm ever show up, no she didnt even call.

I dont think they really think of Clor as a murderer, I think they kinda feel that about themselves since they created him.

I want Clor to win personally, and I also think Clor will be around for a while, I dont think he will deal with his cloneness, I think he will be activated when needed. So what if Thor has his own series come out, he will not show up on Earth for a while, he has more important thatings to deal with.
