Yea, the single player is well, its Call of Duty, nothing has truly changed. I mean this IS Call of Duty 3, i dont know why youd expect a massivly diffrent game. The reason i picked this over GoW was because i knew what i was getting(that can be good or bad depending on the person). I loved CoD2 and with what i heard about CoD3(the improved mp) i was sold. I think the multiplayer alone is worth the price of admission, and the single player is a nice bonus.


Gammy, how close are we to Brothers in Arms? Any idea on a release? That game is how you do WWII!!!

Well i think they were right, to a degree, in their review of the single player.Their problem was that it seemed as if they were going into this game thinking they were gonna get the next revolutionary fps title when EVERYONE else understood that this was Call of Duty 3.

When CoD2 was released, it had some of the same problems. The multi was pretty much unplayable. I'm sure they'll release a patch soon. Hopefully. But it's so stupid that patches need to be issued, I blah on things that need patches.

Well from what I have played of both, I like the GoW MP better (probably because I enjoy smaller personal matches better).

Then again, CoD2 OWNED im MP and CoD3 is even better.

Both are great but both are totally different. The only hard choice is which one too play

I slightly disagree with that. I LOOOOOVE team play and feel CoD3 has the better more immersive mp. It is a little tougher to get great teamplay in CoD3 because the MP is SOOO big but its there. GoW has good multiplayer but its too small and limited(for my taste). I prefer HUGE online battles with stuff going on all over the map. Now im not saying i dislike GoW's mp but i feel Call of Dutys mp offers more.Now like you said, you prefer smaller matches, im the opposite. The more ppl shooting at me, the better. So i guess it boils down to a personal prefrence.

I will say this tho, iv NEVER reacted the way i did the first time i curb stomped somebody in GoW....f'ing CRAZY!!!!!!
