Just look at his face. He's got that scruffy, Bob Hoskins-y quality, especially if he's going to gain weight like he did for "The Lobster," or will do so with make-up.

In the Hill situation the trades specifically said that the talks there could fall apart at any given moment. This wasn't the case here. It's 90% certain he's going to be Penguin.
