Yeah, I figure that would be a good way to sneak in the Sinister Six. He incidentally creates super-humans and leads them in an attempt to capture Spider-Man to get his DNA.

sounds decent to me. i just hope said super-humans aren't all cross species.
 
Yeah. I wouldn't mind seeing a Jackal story at all. It would be really refreshing.
 
Who else could he be?
 
I thought about him playing Edward Whelan (Vermin), who once run the Ravencroft Institute in the comics.
 
They'll probably fiddle with Toomes' origin to make him the warden of Ravencroft.
 
At this point im guessing original character. Not a preexisting character which would make sense why they didn't say who he was. Cause no one would really care.

... or maybe he is a preexisting character, and Webb hasn't told us who he is playing because it is meant to be a surprise? Same with Felicity Jones' character.
 
Colm Feore was King Laufey in Thor and now he is in this spidey movie,could he be playing the same character in this movie?

Which Classic Spidey Character Is Colm Feore Playing In TASM 2?

We've got a couple of very interesting bits of Spidey related loveliness for you today. First off -- as I'm sure you've gathered from the image above -- we can 100% confirm that Colm Feore is actually playing Adrian Toomes aka The Vulture in The Amazing Spider-Man 2. And that's not all -- apparently he will join forces with Rhino, Electro and Green Goblin to form the first four members of The Sinister Six, setting them up for the threequel. Who the other two will be is unknown, but it's always possible The Lizard could return as one of them.[BLACKOUT] It also seems that we can forget all that stuff about Norman Osborn not taking up the Green Goblin mantel in the movie! Chris Cooper was spotted on set as Goblin (head in place battling Spider-Man, and we're told they'll likely be duking it out in the movie's climax, no doubt leading to the death of Miss Gwen Stacy (Emma Stone).[/BLACKOUT] What do you guys make of this huge news? I'll believe this supposed 'Feore is Toomes' thing when I either A) see it or B) it's confirmed by the Hollywood trades or a site like IGN.
