Conflicker C?

Basically this thing keeps coming up on my computer. It's some windows security center alert pop up, it's in the spoiler tag.

So I take it that it's a virus/worm or whatever. Point is I have no clue really how to combat it cause I did a virus scan and everything and it didn't detect anything.
Any tips?

Have you tried ComboFix?

No I haven't, but I'll definitely try it out now
