Congress does something right, rejects Obama Plan

The title says Incompetent Congress, meaning Congress as a whole, both sides of the aisle. It didn't say Incompetant Democrat Congress or Incompetent Republican Congress. Mel Kiper Jr. oops i mean SNR didn't single out either side. Sooooo...... not sure what the arguement is about the title.

The only bias in the title is towards Charities. It's not a political bias. Its not an anti-Obama bias. Its a bias against the idea of killing charities.

But yes, if the Biden thread is change, I have no problem with this being changed.

*edit - apparently the bias was with "incompetent congress"...I did not mean to imply the Congress was incompetent because it was Democrat controlled. I wish to imply that Congress was incompetent because it is full of worthless politicians on both sides of the isle.
