Surely they will not leave these guys out of the story as they were somewhat essential to the comic were they not?

How disappointed will you be if they're left out of the final cut?

They dont have to be. The stakes are big enough with Thanos able to wipe out reality with the snap of his fingers. People fail to realize the film cant do everything the comics does.

There will be cosmic entities. Unlike other companies, Marvel isn't one to shy away from the more comic booky elements. I guarantee we'll see Death.

I wouldn't be surprised if they are, but quick rule of thumb, it's generally a poor idea to assume something is definitely going to be in the movie because it was in the comics.

Does Death really count as a cosmic entity? Moreso a force of nature.

No, she's one of the cosmic entities. Also in some artbook for Guardians of the Galaxy, there's carvings and descriptions of four entities, Death, Oblivion, Eternity, and Infinity

Reallly? Huh. Alright then. Guess I know something new now. Chalk that up to my list of cb knowledge. :funny:

They're usually referred to as Abstracts, as they're the cosmic embodiment of various concepts.

Watcher, Galactus, The Stranger (All At Fox?), The In-Betweener, The Celestials are all cosmic entities.

Watcher is at Fox???? NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!

So Jeff Goldblum is playing the Grandmaster. Hopefully he returns here.

So far Hela, The Collector(I think) and the Grandmaster and Odin are the only cosmic entities they have.

In the comics Hela is not a cosmic entity despite being powerful. The only one we have seen that is definitely a cosmic entity in the comics is Eson. There doesn't seem to be a concensus on characters like the Collector, Grandmaster and Odin. We might see one or more in Doctor Strange though, as the Vishanti, Cyttorak, Shuma-Gorath etc. all count (and for characters like Dormammu, Mephisto and Chton there doesn't seem to be a concensus either.) I guess Thanos himself would also count if he makes himself a god with the gauntlet.
