The Avengers Costume ideas for the avengers?

How should they look? How far has stark gone with his armor? Should captain america wear tights? Should thor have undies? Thought thoughts!

Cap should be a mix between 616 & Ultimate (maybe Ultimate costume except for the head which should have the wings).

Thor should be his modern costume, which IMO is his best costume.

Ant-Man should have a rather new, modernized costume, Kinda like the plain shrinking suit seen in Ultimates 2, Ultimate Power. Doing anything from the 616 in Pym's days as Ant-Man would seem very silly.

Wasp I could see in either her modern costume or in some kind of movie ultimization of her.

I know the Hawkeye costume would look silly on screen (that's the first time I've ever conceded that point about a superhero costume - ever the purist am I) but I always liked it. Aside from that I think it's exciting news about Hawkeye being in the Thor movie.

They could keep the overall look, even the buceneers boots and just get rid of the mask for turban covering his hair, keeping the swashbuckling inspiration.

I think costume ideas should look like the standard(616) comics counterparts while having some similarities to the Ultimates. Its difficult to explain as the costumes have been great for for all the Marvel characters on screen so far.

Hawkeye: A toughy as I can't imagine his mask working on screen. But with the exception of the headpiece, I quite like this version for onscreen (toned down a bit)

Cap should be 616/Ultimate/modern black-ops and military influenced.

If they can get Thor as close as they can to his current costume that would be great.

Iron Man should be similar to the final suit in Iron Man 2, with a couple of tweaks.
