why november? maybe for the teaser, but since Green Lantern will have footage ready for Comic Con, that obviously means that CGI has been done already, including promotional stuff like posters or first pix.

no, since Thor already has a pic out and that production started only 2 months earlier than GL's.

well i dont expect official trailer/footage to be out officially to the public to nov ish myself too. But i am sure with comic con they are probably going to have a bunch of posters made, maybe some tshirts/ring replicas to give out to attendees. then i am sure also they will have an official image or two of hal/some other characters where we get first look at how suits are going to be in live action.

Wow cant wait. Hopefully we get a teaser pic like we got for Thor.

well it would be nice if we got an image prior to comic con. But with them doing a motion capture suit to be cgi later. At most maybe we see a set photo of ryan in this motion capture suit. Then at comic con we get a fully render cgi image of the actual suit. Now i am sure it will probably look good what we get then if we do see something then. But also we have a full year too from release where the effects will be touched up more and look even better. Heck look at first footage from ironman cg suit trailers to what we got in the final film.

the only hal concept work we had was from early last yr prior to ryan getting picked as hal, and then it was stated that artist was no longer on board with the film. Also the concept artwork looked a bit like david b(the buffy/angel/bones guy).

I dont think this is the costume Hal Jordan looks like. It was said by an production insider to **************.com that Hal will have white gloves, etc, and its similar to the comic book. So...
