I don't think they'd have Brubaker on Spidey, X-Men, Captain America, and co-writing Iron Fist, while writing Criminal. If that were the case, pfftsh, just give him Avengers and Hulk, too. And let him do the art on all of them!

He wouldn't make too bad a job of it either , he's an awesome writer and he pretty much puts all those writers who struggle to get a single series in on time to shame. Never seen him put out a bad book to be honest, all the titles he is on rock.

I'd much rather see Slott on it though, Brubaker's titles all seem a little gritty and miserable, which is cool if its fits the character. But Spidey (well, even though he's going through his back to black phase) isnt so much like that.

Eh fair enough, the amount of books he's on though that's pretty impressive. Not many writers could claim to write four books consistently well.

I don't know,his load seems fine right now.Cap,DD,Iron Fist,Criminal and Uncanny keep him pretty busy.5 monthlies is insane as is,plus I can't see Bru doing Spidey.He's a great writer but it's pretty obvious he works well when working with some of the more darker and serious characters.

I doubt it. His work load is just too much and its pretty obvious that UXM is suffering because of it (not that he ever had a particularly good grasp to begin with). Lets not have other Bendis or Johns here.
