Could the hype be an alibi?

I doubt it would stand up since, there would be an obvious space within his posts that would correlate with the 'dumping of the body'

the only way to perhaps get around it would be to get someone to perhaps post on your behalf but if someone is willing to do that, then you might as well get them to arrange to be your alibi so you don't sound so geeky in court.
 
However, if you sound like a terminal geek they might decide that you weren't capable of a violent crime... Its how I got off my aggression warnings in college- played small nerdy female.
