Spidey's swingin' through the streets and a giant hand smacks him flat to the ground. We look up and it's a 60-ft tall Michael Douglas that says "Wait your turn."

Peter Parker turns down an alley to find an irate King T'Challa and Carol Danvers. "You came to the wrong neighborhood, mother****er."

EXT - AVENGERS TOWER - DUSK

CUT TO:

Tony looking out at the city on the balcony of Avengers tower. Sipping some scotch. Sad music plays on his stereo system in the bg. He looks at pictures of him and The Avengers on his iphone in happier times. Cap dancing, Rhodey and Thor laughing, Black Widow in a headlock from Bruce, Hawkeye making a duckface, Maria Hill eating pizza etc etc. Suddenly his eye catches a detail he missed before. he stops and flips back to a picture and zooms in. *Beep Beep Beep* His face looks kind of shocked.

He throws the image onto a big holographic screen. He zooms into the very corner of the photo and sees none other than Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider Man peeping in a window during the big party before Ultron crashed it.

Spider Man type suspense music fades up as we zoom in on Tony as he stares and squints at the sneaky Webhead.

CUT TO BLACK

Suddenly, Ultron drones come out of nowhere and begin attacking. The would-be Peter Parkers scatter and run for their lives, but moments later a sole Ultron drone hears a quip, looks up, and gets a face full of web. End scene, and we're left guessing which actor is really Peter.

This works, but only if Ultron is revealed to be JJJ

I like this! We see Peter visiting Gwen's grave while the rest of the people are at Cap's.

Spidey swings onto the Avengers set and the moment he lands he gets knocked out with a garden spade. Uncle Ben says I'm not dying again for you, you little ****.

Here's my idea. Basic idea...AoU ends with the Avengers we know disbanded. Thor is gone, back to Asgard, Hulk is off on his own again, and it shows Cap and Stark in a close shot together, and you can feel the tension coming off the screen.




"It didn't work Rogers. The Avengers...We just made it worse. Look around you. All of this, it was our fault." Stark gestures at fallen Ultron drones and extreme collateral damage behind him.

"You don't get it Stark. You don't give up when the going gets tough." Rogers steps up closer to Stark. "Your machines failed. We didn't."

"The Avengers are done Cap. I can't do this anymore. Everyone's gone. You going to do this by yourself?"

"No Stark. Not everyone."

The camera pans behind Cap to show Falcon, Black Widow, Black Panther (as a mystery to the general audience) Hawkeye, and finally Spider-Man standing. They all would have battle damage, implying they fought the drones off screen (on screen for Widow and Hawkeye) and be weary but standing strong. Spider-Man's mask might be ripped, but his face wouldn't be shown and he wouldn't speak (to avoid contradiction when he does get cast).




It's not perfectly thought out (nor am I a screenwriter) and I've had a drink so please forgive any typos.

Skye: I'm sorry

Coulson: Go to your room on the Quinjet.

Skye: Grrrrrrrr *walks back on to the Quinjet in a bad mood*

*Spider-Man is laying on the ground, knocked out*

Coulson: Don't worry, Spider-Man. The Agents of SHIELD will heal you up on the Quinjet. You will be back on your webs in less than a month for Nick Fury.

MARIA HILL, tablet device in hand, walks with STEVE ROGERS down a hallway at the newly-created Avengers Academy.


STEVE: I thought we placed the candidates down in the gym together?

HILL: We did. This one’s different.

STEVE: What do you mean, “different”?

HILL: I mean different. He’s been working solo for a few months now, and… happens to be pretty good at it.

STEVE: Good. The class could use someone with a little real world experience.


The pair stop at a closed door marked “AF–15”. Hill grabs the doorknob ahead of Steve and pauses to look at him before opening the door.


HILL: He… also happens to be 16 years old.

STEVE: What?


STEVE flashes a puzzled glance at HILL as she opens the door. A teenage boy is seated at a table, but he stands up as Hill and Rogers enter the room.


TEENAGER: Wow. Are... are you... Captain America?

STEVE: Yes son, I am.


STEVE extends his hand and the teen eagerly shakes it.


STEVE: Steve Rogers. Nice to meet you.

TEENAGER: It’s nice to meet you, sir. Peter Parker.

STEVE: Glad you're here, Peter. Miss Hill tells me that we have some catching up to do.

J K Simmons's JJJ(walks into the room from behind)-"no he's not, I am!"... "Stan you done fixing my chair?"
Stan Lee-"yes, sir..."
JJJ-(pointing to the door) "then get out of my office..." (looks at Peter) "an who are you kid?"



you didn't say the other character had to be another superhero

This is what I want to avoid honestly. Spider-Man is hated, untrusted, and for the vast majority of his history wasn't allowed to be an avenger.

If he's in an end credits scene I'd want it to be Cap assembling his new avengers as a "band of misfits". None of that bs they're doing on ultimate spider-man please.

I'd love to a scene of the Avengers trying to catch Spider-Man with Spidey putting up a good fight. When they do eventually catch him, they realize he's 16 and it took the entire crew to get a hold of him.

Pans back to spider web on the diner from the first movie. *Danny Elfman's Spider-Man theme starts playing*

Cut to Steve Rogers looking up at the Avengers Tower.

He hears screaming that a man stole a woman's purse.

Rogers runs after the man.

The man escapes into an alley.

*THWIP*

Rogers enters the alley and sees the man caught up in a web.

Close up on the purse with a note attached, "Courtesy, Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man"
