Crew Member Death

Anyone else remember this? During the filming of the Goblin's attack on the World Unity Festival, a crane collapsed and a worker was nearly killed, but was pushed out of the way by another crew member. Unfortunately, the hero was killed.

Could be. I really dont remember. I'm surprised that there was no dedication on the DVD. That would have been nice.
