I'm not a big customizing guy for my G.I.Joe's, but I did have this idea recently for a Globe for Cobra Commander:
My son wanted me to pick up Pirate King Elizabeth Swan Deluxe Figure from Zizzle.
You could easily paint up the globe, and even though the legs of the stands are sea horses, you could easily tweak them into Vipers.
Oh, and what made me think about a Globe for Cobra Commader was this image that popped into my mind when I picked up Miss Swan.
