Dad refuses to take son to McDonald's and may lose custody rights

trololololol this ****ing country. :o

This is bull****. Everyone involved needs a beating except for the dad, to smarten them up.

Ya that's one thing I hate about family court here, it seems like if you're the dad than you're the problem. I spent years in court fighting my child's mother just to get my basic rights as a father. She is a military wife so I had to fight in several states and each time I was treated like I was piece of **** for wanting to be in my daughter's life

The more I read the more I think children are just not a good idea. But it's not because of children themselves.

I wonder what would happen if any woman threatened me with taking away my child and I'd say "okay, take them"?

The Fat Acceptance crowd from tumblr did this.

A lot of noise over nothing.

But Neumann, who is not involved in the Schorr case, adds, "It's well-known that allegations of abuse during a divorce have most often been found to be false — because the other parent uses it as leverage — so they're looked at very suspiciously. This, as well, should have been looked at suspiciously." Further, a court doesn't have to follow the recommendation of forensic investigators. But for Schiller to call the father "wholly incapable," the mediator notes, seems extreme based on this incident alone. "There must be more to the story," he says, adding, "Boy, this is a messy case."
