I remember finding out as a kid (partially thanks to Dan) of some basic physics and science that apply to the existence of Paranormal/ Supernatural activity, like Residual Psychic Energy. Unfortunately, you have to wade through a sea of Con-men, Flakes, and Zealots to find good info. I usually find hardcore skeptics to be no better than hardcore religious folks who call any interest "Devil worship". It always comes down to energy, IMO.

I am a skeptic on most things, forward science thinker, and a theist. However, I do not deny the possibility that paranormal activity exists. I have not experienced a certain instance where I can undoubtedly say ghosts exist, but I don't deny the possibility of it. I also don't deny the possibility that there are aliens, seeing at how huge the universe is...it is probable that other intelligent life exists out there.

science has a refined definition.

i have no problem with apparitions tho. it's just there is no current science to have a decent idea of what they are or surport them other than out of personal experience, which i have, but that aint science.

Science tends to have too narrow a view on things, but I'm not going to get into that here.

I'll probably look for this book, as it sounds interesting, and I'd like to find out more on ghosts.
