(Daredevil Related) I need some help.

Okay so I was thinking, I should make a weapon like the one in the Daredevil movie.


I was thinking it could be 2 twelve inch pieces that go together but when they come apart they turn into nunchucks, but in one end is more pieces that come out, forming a baton/blind man's cane and the other end could be hollow and contain a lot of parachute cord, with a foldable steel hook on the end which comes out when you open a cap.

I was thinking I could make this out of simple pieces of PVC pipe as well as simple hardware and fittings.


This is just a theory so I don't know how I'd get it all together quite perfectly, so that's where this knowledgeable community comes in.
