I've been after this thing for 11 years and I'm only 18! However on Tuesday......things changed.

Thank god for ebay.

Cost was about $90.00. Beats paying $695.00!

How come I don't see a thread on these "Wonderful Toys":cwink: (Get the quote!?"

This is a great piece. 90 isnt bad for one with box, but I have to say, Ive never seen one go for 700.

Very nice score! I have the original special release with the "shields". I got it for xmas when I was like 5 along with the orignal 89 dress up kit.

I remember that back in 2004, Kenner 90 was about $250 and about $500-something in 2007. It looks like it goes up a hundred bucks every year. It'll hit $1000 in 2012.

I had the Batmobile from the 1989 movie toy line. It had an open top and everytime it moved, it would make a horrible sound. Still had fun with it though, lol.

Go to flea markets, trust me. You can find it for under 40.00 bucks

I had the Returns Batmobile where the sides came off into its "bullet" mode, damn thing was awesome.

Then my mom gave away all my TMNT, Batman, Power Rangers and Ghostbusters toys to the Salvation Army when I got a little older. I know it was for a good cause, but honestly I could have made a killing on eBay now with some of that stuff and wouldn't have minded keeping a few key items for myself, like my GB jumpsuit and proton pack =(. Oh how I miss that stuff.

I still have all my figures and vehicles from Batman to Batman Begins. Already started TDK with Movie Master figures and Bat-pod.

that was actually the toy biz version. 2 totally different batmobiles.

The "Toy Biz 89" sucks! "Kenner 90" rules!

I got the name Kenner 90 from my dad. There's so many batmobiles so saying the make and year together makes it easy to remember.

Keaton Car - Toy Biz 89/Kenner 90

B:TAS Car - Kenner 93

Kilmer Car - Kenner 95

And so on.
