My only gripe is that I found the camera to be a little crappy. Like when fighting giant boses the camera should zoom out a bit. And it gets buggy in dungeons

I guess my only one is the lack of build up to the final boss. It felt just like a random fight, hardly a cutscene before it and he was pretty easy

If you beat the first game, the anticlimactic boss makes sense in context.

Yeah, I liked the fight, the music was epic, how Death finishes him off is really bad ass and fantastic and i really liked the ending not as epic as the first game's ending but much more personal. It's just you enter the tree, one line of dialogue and then the fight there was just no build up to it. It bugged me.

Not that those bugs effected the game enough to stop it from being enjoyable . but at least they'll be addressed

Beat The Crucible today. If you want the achievement than you have beat all 100 waves in one sitting. It's not too bad. The final boss Wicked K is hilarious

well then get on that. Darksiders II is a long game with lot's to Explore, but as the creative director of sleeping dog's told victor Lucus of EPD.tV/ ROTR in the "vic's basement pod cast" that answered your thoughts on the dates not being fleshed out enough and more in the sleeping dog's thread, There's some DLC a coming. And you won't be able to put that game down once it comes.

I can't decide what system to get this for. I already beat Darksiders I on PS3, so I'll get bonuses for that, PC will be the cheapest way to get the game and all its content, but I am curious to see what it will be like on the WiiU.

If you are partial to your fave console/ entertainment system go for it. There's nothing overly special in this you can't find on any of the platforms and it's too late for pre order bonus's and as soapy said their not special.

I'm a bit interested in what the Wii U has to offer on this my self, but if you can't wait then go with the others and yeah steam is the cheapest place to pick it up. Hell, you buy that there ,while your waiting on the Wii U version. That's only if you want to though.

I'll probably hold off until there's more on the WiiU version. I imagine that will come out before Thanksgiving, so I have the Black Friday and Winter Steam Sales to pick up it then if I want it on PC. They're still rolling out patches

Eh, I have no reason to. My 360 isn't hooked up anymore, it's also an older model that only has component cables. I really only have it for XBLA games and Rock Band stuff. I can just use the 360 controller on the PC version anyway. If I want it on a console, I'd prefer the PS3 (which is always hooked up and I have Darksiders completed on it) or the WiiU (for the novelty of being new).

You don't get them right at the beginning, it's maybe a couple hours in and I think you have to do a quest or something to access them. And yes, you'll get better stuff fairly quick.

Not for this it isn't. and what bugs the pc has can be over looked like the others. the bugs didn't make it unplayable. and there is a patch coming as Nathan put up for the pc and so on. So it won't even matter any more.

It's been widely documented by many reviewers that PC was the buggiest version and that Xbox had less bugs day one. Sure they'll release patches but then you can't judge which version is superior based on speculation over patches.

But in the end, you gotta go with whichever console you're more comfortable with. I'd wait until the next patches come out first though, there are several game breaking, file corrupting bugs in the PS3 version. One of them screwed up my friends new game plus for good and there's no other way to restart a new game plus except for doing the original play through all over again

PC version has already gotten 3 patches, IIRC. I wouldn't buy it for another 2 months if I were going to get it anyway.

Yes. You'll replace your early gear very quickly.

Damn, Nintendo is not ****ing around with these releases. Basically saying, all our faithful will get the content right off the bat that the other guys made you wait and pay for.
