DC animated series you'd like to see...

Obviously you've never watched Brave and the Bold...

I'm in love with Brave and the Bold now, and I hope it does get picked up for another season (sadly it won't), it's much more interesting than the Young Justice show that's out now. At any rate, I dunno if I said this before on this thread but I'll say it anyway:

The animated series I want to see from DC is WONDER WOMAN, and if I had my way I'd have either made it a spin-off from JLU or a continuation of the DTV film.

The GL rumours sound good too, but I think fans are a lot more excited about the anthology film supplementing the movie ala Gotham Knight and the game that's coming out.

Brave and the Bold > Young Justice !? More fun, perhaps, more interesting? Not over here...

Another vote for Wonder Woman, though. Long overdue.

Yes on the Wonder Woman series! There ought to be some kind of petition for that now. She's becoming the most underrated character in DC's arsenal now. It's not even a hard call, just get Montgomery and her cast and crew who did the DTV and turn it into an animated series!

I'd actually be really up for a Steampunk JLA series. It'd be something NEW, y'know?
Were those toys even based on a book? If so I'd totally read it.

Personally i'd love a Batman and Robin series with Dick and Damian. You know, less grimdark, more action, more fun, flying batmobile, zanny villains, and all that.

They could easily ignore Bruce but i guess that kids would nerdrage just as much as we did when they find that Bruce isnt the one wearing the cowl. So they can summarize his fate in the first episode and then explore it further throughout the series as B&R find more about what happened. Bruce will return at the end of the series. They could even dedicate some episodes to him and show his adventures through time!

The thing is that Dick and especially Damian's origins need to be set up first. You cant just tell kids "look, the old Robin grew old and is now Batman and Bruce's kid is Robin". Kids will be like "WTF man? Who are these guys?" (because i doubt todays kids have watched BTAS to at least know Nightwing). So unless they have a Batman animated series or movie that sets everything up and culminates in Bruce getting Omega sanctioned, B&R wont be possible. :csad:

Sign me up for this. I think this would be a lot of fun. I like the idea of flashback episodes featuring Bruce (alongside Dick's Robin/Nightwing, of course), as well as having a big storyline (either toward the end of season one or taking up most of season two) that is the Return of Bruce Wayne. When he comes back, they could even run with the whole Batman, Inc. idea. Just keep the show focused on Dick and Damian, with Bruce/Batman popping in occasionally (and it would need to bring in Red Robin from time to time, especially with his rivalry with Damian).
