Sorry about the wait. I know I should have got them to you before now, but **** happened. My internet connection went screwy and I've been driving back and forth between here and Portland, Maine trying to pay my brother's medical bills.
I hope we can still pull together and make this happen. Artists, I have decided not to do these in regular comic format. You can stay on if you like to do side illustrations, logos and/or promotional material.

Superman Reborn

#1:
Present: Montage, showing the history of Superman, from his first appearance to his disappearance 24 years ago. At the Daily Planet, Jimmy Olsen reflects on his return, watching him fly.
1938: Superman appears, stopping a mad scientist from using his ray gun to hold Metropolis for ransom.
1941: Superman is contacted by the army, saying that war will soon be declared on the Axis powers. They are asked to form a team, the Justice Society, to act as America's special assault team on the ground in Germany and the Pacific. He is shown the other 5 members: Hawkman, Green Lantern (Alan Scott), Sandman, Liberty Belle and Mister America.
1943: Brief scene showing the Society fighting at an unnamed island in the Pacific.
1945: The Society is present as the articles of surrender are signed by Japan. They are taken to a room by General Eisenhower and told their funding has been discontinued. They break all ties with the government and the military.
Present: Superman soars through the skies of Metropolis, thinking about his most recent battle;
5 Days Ago: Superman is submerged in ice beneath the Fortress. He hears something moving above. He awakens and goes into the building.

5 Days Ago: Superman comes into the Fortress and sees a humanoid, silver-skinned man standing at the main computer console with his fingers liquified and running throughout the crystals. He asks him why he is here. He responds by flying up and through the roof of the Fortress. Superman examines the console and seems startled, flying away.
1950: The Justice Society stops a Neo-Nazi attack on Coast City. Wonder Woman shows up and helps.
5 Days Ago: Superman is at the White House, speaking to the Vice President, who is skeptical. He tells him that the man was accessing information regarding the defense structure of the United States and other countries. The VP counters by demanding to know why Superman had access to that information. Superman flies off, thinking about how much has changed in 13 years.
1952: At the funeral of Mister America, the Society is approached by the Flash (Jay Garrick) who demands membership. Superman tells him that the Society is a place for heroes, not pranksters.
1957: The team breaks up. Superman returns to Smallville, retiring briefly.
Present: Jimmy Olsen is at the computer, writing an article, he says that Superman disappeared once before in '57 for 4 years, but the consequences weren't as severe as the last time.
5 Days Ago: As Superman lands in Metropolis, hoping to break the story with the Planet and force a government response, he is grabbed by a man disguised as a puddle (Metamorpho).
On the ground, people live under the androids, who enforce order and kill violators of the "master's" "codes".
Superman is taken on board a ship and tied up. He is in a stupor, incoherent. He is taken into a chamber and brought before a computer that calls itself Brainiac and declares victory over the last son of Krypton. Superman is told that he will be Brainiac's Enforcer on "New Krypton" or the people of Earth will pay the price.
#3:
1961(with Jimmy Olsen voice-over): Superman returns from his brief retirement, battling a lizard-man who is wreaking havoc in New York City.
4 Days Ago: Brainiac reiterates his demand to a slightly more coherent Superman. He refuses. American fighter jets fly towards the ship, they are incinerated. Brainiac androids descend from the ship into the streets of Metropolis. The police respond and are mostly killed.
1966: During a blizzard in Metropolis, Superman delivers food and supplies to the citizens and helps dig out earthquake victims in Tajikistan.
4 Days Ago: In the Brainiac Chamber, Superman activates his heat vision and breaks his bonds, he attacks the guards and flies through the computer. Outside, he battles gun turrets and other androids. He slips into the cooling ducts of the ship and tries to find the controller of the ship.
1985: Superman is in the fortress. He is studying Krypton's past. He learns of the planet's AI defense structure, called Brainiac. He remains for months, learning more about Krypton. He goes into the ice and begins absorbing information telepathically.
4 Days Ago: Superman finds Metamorpho in a cell, locked up and hooked into diodes. He realizes that he is not serving willingly. He attempts to break him out. Metamorpho dissolves into a vapor cloud and is sucked into an air duct.
In Metropolis, the androids begin building a building at the center of the city.

4 Days Ago: The controller of the ship contacts 3 other men, whose holograms obscure their faces. He offers them seats on the "New Council". Superman makes his way to the center of the ship. He breaks into the computer core and realizes that this is Brainiac. He begins ripping it apart. He is hit by a bolt of energy and sees a thorough reconstruction of Krypton's destruction.:
900 Years Ago: On Krypton, both Jor-El and Brainiac separately become aware of the impending death of Krypton's sun. Brainiac begins hoarding information. Jor-El launches his son to Earth, placing him in a stasis field so he will not age.
4 Days Ago: Superman continues his rage against the computer, he continues ripping it apart, it panics. He takes it higher into the sky, out of orbit.
1986: In Metropolis, several months after Superman's disappearance, the city is chaos. There is mass looting and fires being set.
4 Days Ago: As Superman is flying the ship higher, he takes it towards the sun. He is moving at tremendous speeds. A boom tube opens in front of the ship. It pulls the ship in.

1987: Metropolis. Federal troops enter the city and martial law is declared.
2 Days Ago: Superman fights against the androids still remaining in the city. Green Lantern shows up assisting him.
Present: Federal troops once again patrol the city, Superman breaks into a building and fights several more robots. After defeating them, he finds a crystal like those at the Fortress. He flies off. At the Planet, Olsen finishes his article.
At the LexCorp building, Lex watches Superman and thinks about what his return means for him.
On Mars, a meteorite impact blows open a large area of rock. A glow emanates from below it.
Green Lantern: Emerald Genesis (Based on a movie outline I did earlier in the year.)

Hal Jordan flies training exercises over the California desert. While he is headed back to Ferris Air, the control room picks up a unidentified craft going down near his position. Jordan's plane is hit by flying debris (the ring), he is forced to eject. When he follows the ring to the ship to investigate, he finds a dying alien, who gives him the ring. The alien tells him of the Corps. The ship is sealed off by police and, later, the National Guard.
He goes home, hiding the ring from the soldiers. At home, the ring comes online and gives an outline of the Corps and the ring's limitations, including the yellow impurity.
The next day Jordan goes into work to fill out paperwork about the crash, he is met by an angry Carol Ferris.
Jordan goes out into the desert at night and flies around, he buzzes aircraft and flies through clouds. In the middle of his joyride, Green Lantern of sector 1417 and Abin Sur's former trainee, Sinestro shows up and tells Jordan to come with him. They fly over Coast City and discuss the ring and the Corps. Sinestro's ring informs him of an emergency on his home planet, they fly off.
They arrive and find a crazed alien fighting police on Korugar, Sinestro and Jordan defeat him and Sinestro gives the police orders for the criminal to receive "special treatment". Sinestro and Jordan argue. He is brought to Oa, where Sinestro is appointed Jordan's personal trainer.
While training Jordan, Sinestro receives another alert, warning him of an alien invasion. He and Jordan take off, defending the planet against the alien forces.

After the invasion is repelled, it is brought to Sinestro's attention that many of the shape-shifting aliens may have survived on the surface. He declares martial law.
Back at Sinestro's palace, Jordan and Sinestro discuss the invasion. Jordan discovers that Sinestro has imprisoned many of his political enemies. They argue. Sinestro becomes hostile. They fight, Sinestro defeats Jordan and tells him that no one close to Jordan is safe. Sinestro flies off.
Jordan flies after him and arrives at Coast City, where he finds him holding his family hostage. He asks the ring to call in other Lanterns to assist him, the ring tells him the ETA is 1.6 hours. They fight. Sinestro tries to kill Jordan's brother.
Sinestro flies off to Korugar, they fight in space, Hal forces them to land on the third moon of Korugar. They continue the fight, but Jordan becomes aware that his ring's charge is draining. Sinestro disappears.
#3:
Hal takes off, scanning the moon for Sinestro. He is hit by a yellow piece of debris. He is stunned momentarily and falls to the moon's surface. He fires cannon blasts at Sinestro and tries to think of a way to get to his battery. He asks the ring if it can summon his battery. It does so and he recharges. Sinestro attacks him, with a weakening ring. They fight. Jordan pins Sinestro with a construct. He is prepared to use the ring to form a guillotine when he is reminded of Law Three of the Book of Oa by the ring. Sinestro escapes and goes down to Korugar.
Jordan follows Sinestro down to the planet. He loses him and is attacked by the Korugarian military. They fire on him. He returns fire with a Howitzer and flees into the desert of Korugar. He sees a missile coming. He realizes it is yellow-tipped and flies away. It follows him and explodes. He falls and is knocked unconscious briefly. He wakes up and is confronted by Sinestro. He realizes that Sinestro is brandishing a firearm. Sinestro points the gun at Jordan's head.
Dozens of members of the Green Lantern Corps arrive, they fight, Sinestro is arrested and taken to Oa. Jordan speaks with the drill sergeant, Kilowog.
Later, Jordan is given his badge and flies off towards Earth.
Batman: Origin (Mostly based on Year One with influences from Batman Begins)

Eight-year-old Bruce Wayne falls into a cave where he encounters a swarm of bats. Bruce develops a fear of bats, and later urges his parents to leave an opera featuring bat-like creatures. Outside the theater, Bruce Wayne's parents are both killed in a robbery by mugger Joe Chill. Bruce blames himself for his parents' murder.
Nine years later, in China, Bruce Wayne learns at fighting schools. He travels to Tibet and practices on an opium-smuggling group of men.
Bruce, aged 22, returns to Gotham after training abroad in martial arts, manhunting and science for over 7 years. Bruce returns to Wayne Manor and takes over the company. While outside one night examining the grounds, he falls into the pit and discovers the same swarm of bats.
He attends a dinner to celebrate his return, where he meets the new Distric Attorney Harvey Dent. They talk. Dent tells him that Gotham is corrupt. He asks Bruce to use his influence to try to stop it. He meets Lieutenant James Gordon, they discuss corruption.
Gordon is patrolling Gotham's suburbs with Detective Flass. Flass assaults a teenager for staying out late. Gordon and Flass argue.
Carmine Falcone meets with his underlings and they plan a raid on a Wayne Industries warehouse.

The next day, Gordon goes to file a complaint with Commissioner Loeb. He is roughed up by several officers.
Bruce is thinking of how to fight crime. He dons a ski mask and a bullet-proof vest and goes out. He wanders the alleys and sees a woman being attacked by three men. He fights her attackers long enough for her to get away. He continues fighting them. He is stabbed repeatedly and beaten. He runs away and hobbles home.
Later the next night, Bruce wakes up and is tended to by Alfred. He eats a large meal sees a bat fly through the window and remembers that he forgot to seal up the bat pit. It lands on the portrait of his father and Bruce takes it as an omen. He goes into the basement and begins sketching costume ideas.
At Falcone's headquarters, he meets with Commissioner Loeb, who is given a large sum of cash to divert police attention from mob activities.
Bruce wakes Lucius Fox up in the middle of the night to show him Wayne Industries' military equipment. They drive to a warehouse, where they examine explosives, bullet-proof technologies and a grappling hook. Falcone's men arrive and break in. Bruce shuts Fox into a closet. He throws on a mask and a bullet-proof vest and grabs a gun and gloves.

Gordon talks to his wife and contemplates quitting.
At the warehouse, Bruce fights the henchmen and ties several of them up. He is forced to kill one as he grabs a rocket launcher. They fight. He ties them up. One of the men tell him they are working for Falcone. He gets Fox out of the closet and tells him to take several items. They leave and Bruce calls the police to report the break-in. At Wayne Manor, Bruce begins making a suit.
At prison, Joe Chill is told he is up for parole.
The following night, Detective Flass and Gordon go out for patrol once again, this time in the inner city. Flass leaves and tells Gordon to stay there. Bruce dons the suit and begins watching the city. He watches Flass meeting with a group of Falcone's henchmen. He attacks the henchmen and tells Flass to watch out. Flass runs off and drives away with Gordon.
Later, Bruce foils a robbery and calls himself the Batman. He is confronted by Gordon, who tries to arrest him. Batman convinces him not to and tells him that they are fighting for the same thing. They talk. He asks Gordon to get information on Falcone for him. He leaves.
Two days later, Batman comes to Gordon's house and takes a file from him.
#4:
Batman stakes out Falcone's headquarters and prepares to enter. He sees Flass coming out and attacks him, savagely beating the detective.
Gordon watches as Flass is attacked. Batman enters the building and Gordon takes Flass away.
Inside, Bruce destroys the drug stockpiles. He fights several henchmen and tries to get to Falcone's location. Batman is ambushed by machine-gun wielding criminals. He is shot several times and kills a few of the gunmen. He flees and goes outside, waiting for Falcone. He waits and realizes that Falcone has already left. He goes back inside and sees police seizing the building.
Batman runs away.
Gordon is brought to Loeb and chastised for ordering the raid on Falcone's headquarters, allegedly to search for Flass' assailant.
Falcone calls a meeting of the crime bosses of Gotham and the surrounding area. He tells them that, in order to maintain control of Gotham, they must kill the Batman. Falcone introduces Deathstroke.
At a press conference, Commissioner Loeb denounces rumors of a "Bat-Man" and accuses Gordon of assaulting Detective Flass.
At prison, Joe Chill is released.
Batman foils a bank robbery and flees from the police.
