Gamora may not come back until Guardians 3, but in the comics Nebula gets the gauntlet and restores what Thanos destroyed, and then she goes nuts and they have to go after her, including recruiting Thanos' help.
Vision is most definitely coming back. First off, he is the Adam Warlock of Infinity War, Adam died when Thanos took the gem (Adam had the soul stone in the comics), and then he was resurrected for the final fight.
There was a line from Bruce in the film "there's still a lot of Vision left without the time stone". They weren't able to successfully remove the gem, however they didn't do all that work for nothing. In the comics Vision is completely disassembled and they have to put him back together, and he loses the imprint of Wonder Man (in the comics it was his brain patterns that were modled after), an all white vision returns, but he is very dispassionate and loses his feelings for Wanda. Wanda begs Wonder Man to use his brain patterns again to remake Vision as he was, he refuses, because he's not sure about the new Vision.
Vision losing color was a big clue to me, and Bruce's comments. Plus Shuri seems like she would know what to do, assuming she survived the vanishing.
In the comics after Nebula get the gauntlet, it's Adam Warlock who steals it back and then becomes the stone bearer and restores everything to normal. Going back to Ultron when Vision wields Mjolnir, perhaps he's the only one capable of controlling the stones without wanting to use them for evil.
Again, you look at part one and there were pieces of the comic storyline all throughout, with small changes. Warlock was a huge part of Infinity Gauntlet, and we know that he's not going to be in it, Vision has already been filling in that role as a bearer of an infinity stone, I believe he will finish that role in the next film.
