Do you edit your own movies to take out the sex scenes or do you have that clearplay dvd, that plays DVD's clean without any sex scenes? Just wondering.
I don't have ClearPlay; however, I did try to edit "The Crow: Salvation" on Nero, to remove the bulk of the gorier and overtly sexual scenes in the film. You can tell a story well enough, without amping up blood or sex. It can be done.

I'd like to amp up your blood and sex.:cwink:

Most of the real world doesn't want to take part in your fascistic, bible induced world. Get over yourself.

There are literally thousands of movies that have no gore or sexual content. Why would you even consider going through the trouble of editing that movie?

Wow, it's sad that you like to censor art. Violence I guess, is only okay if it's being done to Jesus (Passion of the Christ reference)

Because apart from the gorier and more sexual scenes, I like the film, and I wanted to enjoy the story without having to see that stuff.

Dude...are you mentally ******ed? I don't see how you can take some one saying that porn should be banned from the net and twist it in your own mind into him stating the he's a fundie that wants to take over the world. For the record, a person who believes in god and doesn't like porn isn't always a fundie. A fundie is an extremist. Get your facts right, moron.

And I'd get rid of godhatesfags.com . HE'S A FUNDIE!!!!!!!!

My man, how in the world did you stumble upon that site?

The effer is famous for protesting gay people. If you ask any gay dude on the street who Fred Phelps is...he'll tell you. He and his band of nutwads protested Matthew Shepards funeral when he died.

I'd get completely rid of every X-rated site on the Internet, and install "supreme-security" firewalls so nobody could reconsruct them. The existence of porn is one of many reasons why the world is so obsessed with sex. Contrary to popular belief, the times don't change by themselves. The content that we as a race put out there cause chain-reactions like that to happen.
First of all guys, all he did is answer the question honestly, so get off his back.

It's true that we need to be more conscientious about the images we let churn inside us -- whether you know it or not, constantly watching violence and sex for its vulgarity/humiliation does not improve your character. In the end we have a lot of choices now, to make the landscape of our psyche as we see fit. I don't believe censoring these images is right, but at the same time, we are all defaulting to this garbage in a way that harms our spirits.

You do realise that that's a massive insult to the creators and filmmakers, right? I bet you support test screenings, as well.

What do you have against test screenings? They are a huge tool that filmmakers (pre internet) loved to use to get feedback.

Thanks for the support; its nice to have someone honestly backing me up for a change.

Never been to a test screening myself, but as for "The Crow" franchise, I've actually met and spoken to the original comic's creator, James O'Barr, many times at local conventions. I've told him what I like, dislike, and have concerns about, regarding both his work and the films that resulted from it. More often than not, he's actually agreed with me, with regards to each film's tone and content. That's not to say we agree on everything, but the basic points remained the same. I actually have a custom sketch that he did for me, about 2 months ago...

Then what's the point of watching The Evil Dead if you cut out the tree rape and ankle stabbing scenes?

Never seen "The Evil Dead", actually. I'm not into horror films much anyways (was quite a few years ago, but got truly repulsed by it).

First of all, I just got back from having a very insightfull chat with my right hand. It is very angry with you and sees you as a threat, it even adviced me to look you up and if possible strangle you with a S&M whip. It has now gone so far as to try and convince my left hand, left arm, right arm and both legs to join it's crusade. I just hope my head doesn't collapse under the pressure.
On the plus side my heart still  you. :yay:

repressed much?

this is the type of person who rails against homosexuality as an abomination and then gets caught smoking meth while a male prostitute sucks him off.
