Was there any deleted batman begin scenes? Just curious

Any pics of that? Sounds tightFrom what I remember (as I was collecting BTS footage and other material on this film before my Mac's hard drive was corrupted), almost everything you've seen in the materials marketed before the film came out were just scenes without the VFX (like Batman's glide down the Arkham spiral staircase, the monorail traveling through Gotham, etc.).
As far as alternate scenes, I can remember a couple of alternate shots that were shown in trailers and BTS material:
- there's an extra line during the first conversation between Bruce and Ducard at the League of Shadows headquarters, where he says something about the death of Bruce's parents not being Bruce's fault (it shows up on an MTV special that was shown before the movie came out)
- at least one extra shot of the Tumbler as it comes to a stop after driving around in the Wayne Enterprises testing facility
- (unconfirmed) I'm not sure whether the footage of the Tumbler driving on the country road (an Easter Egg on the 2-disc DVD) was intended to be used in the movie; from what I've read, there was intended to be a sequence where Bruce drives the Tumbler back home to Wayne Manor
- there's BTS footage of Christian Bale rehearsing a take in the Batcave where he tests the memory cloth fabric to glide from an upper ledge in the cave down to the ground; I don't know if this was ever fully shot or not
- extra shots of the Scarecrow looking much more menacing (these are on the BUF Special Effects Making-Of Reel); the best shot is the drug-induced hallucination of Scarecrow seen by Rachel in Arkham, with maggots dropping off his face
- at least one extra shot showing Batman carrying Rachel through hallways at Arkham (shown in the Ultimate Visual Guide to the film)
- there's an alternate angle of the Tumbler entering the cave at the end of the post-Arkham chase scene; you look at the vehicle from behind as it enters the cave, not from the front like the finished film
- there's an extra shot of Batman gliding through the Narrows, with the perspective shown from head-on (directly in front) as he looks down on the city
