Worthy got the standard, and his has all 21 as well. Let me reiterate: the collector's edition is EXACTLY THE SAME as the standard, except with an extra, removeable slip sleeve and the comic. If I lost the slipsleeve and the comic, it would be like I'd just bought the regular version. I even opened up one of the regular ones at work just to make sure it was the same. There is no difference between the actual DVDs.

well i think we do get the Iceman and Wolvie Speech in Original Verision of X-Men board the Jet...do you think that actually show them climbing into the thing?

And for the easter egg of X-Jet lands in Washington.....do they show the X-Men getting out???

I can back up Boba_Fett here. We both work at Blockbuster and were able to rent copies of the R1 DVDs.

yeah but the thing im starting to think is, even though you got the regular disc, perhaps the special edition is the one with all of them. I know everyone says they're exactly the same just with a comic, but a couple of people got the regular copy here and nothing's on it. Maybe if you buy it when it comes out you'll get them. In any case, Im gonna by the special edition and rent the regular all at blockbuster just to make sure. lol

Man I just saw a TV spot for the DVD and it was sad that it included the deleted Iceman-central talk before they all board the jet for Alcatraz...

It didn't say anything about the deleted scenes, it was just one of those "On Tuesday you can own 'The Last Stand' on DVD" spots... and they have to use a scene deleted from the movie just to sell it.

Pathetic.

EDIT: And that Dark Phoenix destruction... holy hell. AWESOME!!! It's another level of creepy just seeing how incredibly powerful she is! (was?)

yeah u guys notice, she's phoenixing up. the flames start down on her feet and move up then when they do the wide shot its all over her body.

Nah, the flame was just from a bonfire behind her, but it was a nice little homage, methinks.
