One of them will move. It's just a bickering contest as to who blinks. But if I have to choose only 1 to see opening day, it's going to be Dune Part 3
Officially no they won’t have a say, but they still would want it to make it the most $$ either way. It’s smart to move up.Netflix that doesn't care about cinema revenue and wants to significantly diminish theatrical windows? That Netflix? And you're still talking about a deal that isn't even officially done yet and that if it happens they probably won't even be able to have a say in anything regarding WBD before 2027 anyway.

Punish your bladder!!!If it stays, I'll have an all-time double feature that day. First, Dune: Part Three, then Dune: Part Three again.
Well, thinking about it... just wear a Fremen suit and you're fine.Punish your bladder!!!

I'll be seeing the one with Florence Pugh.

They’ve proven time and time again (Frankenstein, Wake Up Dead Man) that they’d rather not make the most $$ to prove a point.
Avengers: Dunesday

One of them has to move. This isn't going to be a Barbenheimer; both films are roughly in the same genre, and have a similar target audience. Not backing down worked for WB with Barbie; I'm guessing it's more likely that Doomsday blinks.
Well, they have almost a year to think about it.
True, but I still think the audience overlap between Doomsday and Dune is higher than you might think. They’re both premium “event” movies, and there are more people who will realistically see both compared to something like Barbie vs Oppenheimer, where the audiences is way more split. They are absolutely not even close to the same genre
Big day for Pughheads.I'll be seeing the one with Florence Pugh.
someone’s who’s been impacted by years of leadership, and is carrying that weight
