THOR ANNUAL #1 $3.99 (Who's writing/drawing this? Anyone know?)

Peter Milligan's writing and Tom Grindberg and Mico Suayan are listed as pencilers. Grindberg also inks. It looks like a story about the Egyptian gods coming to take revenge on the now vulnerable, exiled Thor for something or other. There's also a reprint of Journey Into Mystery #83 with "modern coloring," which I guess will be better than the Marvel Masterworks version, which updated the coloring with '90s techniques.
