Dick Grayson and Two-Face

Can someone tell me what happened when Dick Grayson first met two-face? I'm reading the prodigal storyline and there are allusions to it but no details, something about some guy and Batman being hanged at the same time and Robin having to choose.

It was in Robin Year One- Two-Face made Robin choose between letting Batman hang or Judge Watkins. After a deal with the coin, Two-Face allowed the Judge to avoid hanging, but drowned him anyway.

He then battered Robin with a baseball bat until Batman got free and saved him.

Both are. Two-Face only briefly saw Robin in Dark Victory, and he knew who he was in Robin Year One. In RYO the pair spoke to each other for the first time, which could be what they meant.
