Not at all... I died a little inside when I found out Meet The Spartans beat Rambo at the B.O., and when my fellow (stupid) classmates were quoting MTS all day.

Yes that means the other terrible ones such as Meet the Spartans, Scary Movie 4, Superhero Movie, and Epic Movie all grossed more internationally. So you just made yourself look more like an idiot than us "Americans." Oh we did have a higher gross for Date Movie/Scary Movie 4 but not by much.

But Meet the Spartans didn't bomb. Actually, it beat a more deserving film (rambo) for the #1 spot it's first week of release.

He didn't say only Americans, he was just using Americans as an example. And he's correct. It's not like it's a lie to say that Americans eat them up, he just didn't include the fact that foreign countries do as well. Literal semantics at its finest.

My question is...how is The Dark Knight seen as a "disaster" movie? Sure I can see like Armageddon or Deep Impact or The Day After Tomorrow...even Cloverfield. But, TDK? Seriously...WTF?

If they make fun of his death its a really messed up thing to do, but if its just making fun of his JoKeR then it really isn't all that bad. I'll have to see for myself before I can make a judgment call.
