The only explanation on her powers we've gotten in the show is that whatever she does is within the span of one heartbeat.
I don't know if there has been an analysis of how her powers work in the comics.

I thought they mentioned her always returning to her original starting point when they introduced Yo Yo on the show. But though they have shown her returning, AOS hasn't explained why or how that happens. I thought they would show her backpedaling involuntarily, but that could look a tad goofy. And wouldn't make much sense.

Oh yeah, they've shown she goes back to her starting point, I meant that besides that visual confirmation we haven't gotten anymore exposition on the nature of her powers other than what I mentioned previously.
I hope they do delve into it at some point. I love that stuff.

Just watched it...

1. I still dont like the actress playing Yo-Yo.
2. This should have been released before the season started. It feels pointless now...as R_Hythlodeus mentioned on page 1...like a B-story for one episode that got scrapped.
3. I wouldn't mind if they released one of these type things during every break. They could use this to wrap up Peggy Carter's story...or provide a way to get Mockingbird and Hunter back on the team (you could maybe use footage from Most Wanted, but not all of it, as it likely ends with the formation of a now non-existent team)...but its probably a heck of a lot more expensive to gather together actors etc who aren't already standing around on set.

MANY of the members here that read comics know I'm not at ALL a Joe Q fan. I love his art but the guy just LOVES the "death of a hero that comes back to life" idea TOO much.

Yo Yo is probably my favorite live action speedster since the limitations on her powers don't render her godlike.

I probably wouldn't go that far. Slingshot/Yo Yo is fine but she's not the most memorable character from the show compared to some of the others. That said, her web series is fun.

I'm saying a major character like a hero. JQ likes to kill them off and bring them back. I wouldn't be surprised he was the one who REALLY had the idea to kill Phil in Avengers

This was a fun little thing. It's not groundbreaking, but it was a good half hour of entertainment involving all the characters I liked. Yo-Yo was great, Daisy had some good moments, May was great for the amount she was in. Top to bottom solid effort. If the show continues, I hope they continue these.

I'd love one a week, but if that's too much then at least 3 or 4 of them per season. Using them to focus on characters that don't otherwise get the limelight during the season would be great.

Finally watched this. It definitely was like a B story or a run of the mill A story. Nothing special here. The credits took up about a minute of the clip which cut down on time. They could have scrapped that since they were all released at once and just had the credits at the very end.
