Wall Street Journal - Mark Zuckerberg Tells Joe Rogan Waking Up in the Morning Is Like Getting ‘Punched in the Stomach’

"You wake up in the morning, look at my phone, you get like a million messages, right, of stuff that come in. It's usually not good," Mr. Zuckerberg told Joe Rogan in an episode on his show that aired Thursday. "It's almost like every day you wake up and you're, like, punched in the stomach," Mr. Zuckerberg said. "Now I need to, like, go reset myself and be able to kind of be productive and not be stressed about this." After processing the information he's given, he said he spends an hour or two doing physical activity such as surfing or mixed martial arts.

Poor Zuckerberg. He only did everything possible to deserve that every morning gut punch.
 

YouTube's algorithm points you toward the same videos you watch just watched once. You watch some crochet video or rightwing crackpot once and then Youtube offers you dozens of the same.
 
I have plenty of anecdotal evidence of it myself.

Republicans have been demanding the ability to spam and harass all email accounts and Google has caved. I’m sure Google also wants to pander in case the Rs win the house or senate.

 
Any and all political emails are going to my spam folder. Google may not do it directly but I will set my spam filters to dump them.
