Next time people hear “Special Operation” they know it can mean something that can go on for months
/years, cost billions and tons of lives on both sides, and lead to international pariah status.

They still fantasize about murdering everyone on Russian TV and abroad with nukes so Putin won't send them home.

I’m quite sure this wasn’t intentional. That would be stupidity of the highest order, but that doesn’t mean that a very major response isn’t forthcoming even if it was a malfunction or something of that nature.
 
Russian competency is non-existent at this point.
 
That actually makes more sense. I guess there's little chance of everyone acknowledging the mistake and moving on.

The fault is still essentially Russia's. That missile wouldn't have been fired if not for the missile attack by Russia.
